We absolutely loved staying at this hotel! It was situated in such a convenient location, right next to the Sunnega ski lifts. We could easily hop on the lifts and hit the slopes without any hassle. The hotel was just out of the center of town, so it was quieter and more tranquil. Plus, we loved that there was a shuttle service provided to the train station. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the bathroom was clean and well-maintained. The staff provided excellent service, always attentive to our needs. Breakfast was delicious and had a wide variety of options to choose from. the hotel had fantastic facilities such as a heated rack in the bathroom and a complimentary mini-bar stocked with beverages. We also enjoyed visiting another restaurant operated by the hotel, which served amazing food. our stay was exceptional!

That the view of the Matterhorn was not visible from the hotel. But with all the other remarkable features this hotel had to offer, it definitely made up for it.

The hotel had a beautiful indoor pool, wellness center, and sauna. The public rooms were well decorated, and the rooms themselves were clean, comfortable, and had nice balconies. The staff were attentive and the food was good. The area was quiet in July.

The hotel lacks a dedicated adult area in the spa, which may not be comfortable for all guests.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was perfect for me, as it was just a short walk to the train station and I loved that I could easily access the Sunnega funicular for some mountain fun. The staff here were incredibly friendly and made me feel right at home. They even surprised me with a complimentary room upgrade to a suite, which made my trip even more enjoyable.
